She allocates $80,000 in funds for a wellness initiative; this budget may or may not be renewed in future years depending on results and company performance.
Propose how you would spend this money to improve employee health, safety, and/or well-being, and briefly explain why you think this would be a cost-effective way to benefit employees and the organization.
