Calculation:

  $\begin{array}{cc}\text{Stories}& \text{No}\text{. of Buildings}\\ 0-39& 1\\ 40-59& 11\\ 60-79& 35\\ 80-99& 9\\ 100+& 6\end{array}$

Mean = $\frac{1+11+35+9+6}{5}=\frac{62}{5}=12.4$

Median = $1,11,35,9,6=35$

Mode = $0$

Median is greater than mean.

Hence negatively skewed.
