Introduction:
The storage of information that is required for performing any task is called as memory. The memory can be classified into three categories, namely immediate memory, short-term memory (STM), and long-term memory (LTM). The most immediate is holding something in mind just for a few seconds; short- term memory is holding something for a few seconds to hours. The long term memory stands for long periods of time.
