Summary Introduction
To review:
The location of the limbic system, the structural makeup of this system and its importance in behavior.
Introduction:
The brain is the largest organ of the body with the highest complexity level. It contains billions of nerves involved in the communication process throughout the body. A neuron (nerve cell) is regarded as the basic unit of the nervous system that generates and transfers electrical impulses for the communication process. The brain has three main parts, namely the forebrain, the midbrain, and the hindbrain.
