Here, Tarisha is correct.

Since, Alan’s explanation gives the difference between ${360}^{\circ }$ and the angle $x^{\circ }$ . That gives the complement to x, which together add up to ${360}^{\circ }$ . Now, to find a co − terminal angle, ${360}^{\circ }$ is added or subtracted from the angle x. Co-terminal angles are the same angle, it share the same position on a graph, it are just written in different ways.
