Chapter 14, Problem 6MCQ
Summary Introduction

Introduction:

There is a variety of organisms present in nature. The group of organisms that share certain characteristic features such as ability to interbreed with each other is called species. The process by which two unrelated species are able to reproduce and give rise to a completely new organism is termed as speciation. Speciation occurs when the organisms of a particular species are unable to interbreed with each other. There are different types of speciation methods such as allopatric speciation, sympatric speciation, and so on.
