Jimmy Chin, a 10-year-old boy, on arrival at Holyoke Hospital, was kept on a tight stretcher so that he cannot move his head or body. After examining him, it is reported that he was awake while on arrival at the hospital but slowly began to lose consciousness. His spinal got injured and there were scratches on his upper back, head, and scalp. His body did not respond to the painful stimuli down the nipples, his blood pressure is low, his lower limbs were paralyzed, and body temperature is below the normal level.
