Summary Introduction
Introduction:
The central nervous system consists of two main parts; one is the brain and the other is the spinal cord. The brain has four ventricles and a central canal; these are lined by the ependymal layer that is responsible for the production of CSF. The cerebrospinal fluid originates from the blood plasma. This fluid continues from the brain to the spinal cord, and it is important for the protection of the brain.
