Introduction:
The cerebrum of the brain has two lateral hemispheres that are used for cognitive functions. The cognitive functions are memory, reasoning, thought, judgement, imagination, and sensory perception. The hypothalamus and amygdala are the centers of emotion. The emotion center is present in the cerebral cortex and is studied by brain lesions.
