Things are mostly going well, but Mariana is having a problem with Leon. Leon is often late for work, and even though he can do a good job, he does not regularly perform to expectations. Mariana had a talk with Leon to figure out the problem. Leon said the money and benefits were both great, and the people in the department were nice, but the job was boring. He complained that he didn't have any say about how to do his job, and that Mariana was always checking up on him.
