All the atoms in the universe are same and made up of electrons, protons and neutrons. Only the combination of these atoms in different objects is different. These atoms originated with the birth of the universe.

The hairs of all humans are made of same atoms. The atom does not become older or newer with time. The carbon atoms in Leslie's hair are some of the carbon atoms that form the universe and originate at the time at which the universe formed.
