Question
Chapter 16, Problem 10RQ
Summary Introduction
To determine:
The path of lightrays through refractory structures of the eye.
Introduction:
Light rays radiate in every direction from each point of an object. In order to view clearly, the eyes bend and converge all these light rays at a single focal point on the retina. This function of the eye is carried out by the part of the eye known as refractory media. This includes cornea, lens, and two categories of humor.

A light ray passes through the refractory structures of the eye in this order: (a) vitreous humor, lens, aqueous humor, cornea; (b) cornea, aqueous humor, lens, vitreous humor; (c) cornea, vitreous humor, lens, aqueous humor; (d) lens, aqueous humor, cornea, vitreous humor.
1) Light passes through the following structures in which order?
A) vitreous humor, lens, aqueous humor, cornea"
B) cornea, aqueous humor, lens, vitreous humor"
C) cornea, vitreous humor, lens, aqueous humor"
D) aqueous humor, cornea, lens, vitreous humor"
Put the following parts of the eye in the order in which light would pass through them: anterior chamber w/ aqueous humor,
cornea,
iris w/pupil,
lens,
posterior chamber w/aqueous humor,
retina,
vitreous chamber w/ vitreous body,
optic nerve
