Chapter 16, Problem 20TYR
Summary Introduction
To write:
About the sympathetic stimulation.
Introduction:
During cold stress norepinephrine is produced from the sympathetic nerve ending that activates the vasoconstriction due to alpha receptor and vasodilation due to beta-receptor. The stimulation of the sympathetic nervous system results in the vasoconstriction of the blood vessels, including the digestive tract and the skin, and the kidneys.
