To describe: The common difference between gastric ulcer and gastric cancer.
Concept introduction: Ulceration or sores that develop in the protective mucosal lining of the stomach is called as gastric ulcers. The common causes of peptic or gastric ulcer are infections caused by H. pylori that can lead to gastric cancer. The infections cause mutations in the mucosal cells of the stomach linings.
