Introduction:
Bile is produced and secreted from the liver as well as the gall bladder. It is important for the emulsification of fat. The bile is composed of a number of substances and bile pigment bilirubin is one of the components of the bile. The conjugated bilirubin that reaches the intestine is transformed into urobilinogen by the action of bacteria.
