Introduction

The T3 and T4 are thyroid hormones released from thyroid glands. Thyrotropin-releasing hormones (TRH) and thyroid-stimulating hormones (TSH) are released from hypothalamus and anterior pituitary, respectively, which in turn stimulate the secretion of T3 and T4 via negative feedback inhibition.
