Introduction:
Osteoclasts are the multinucleated cells that are differentiated from the macrophages. These are associated with the resorption of bones. The hormonal changes in human influences activity of osteoclasts. The change can result in the loss of bone mineralization and bones become less supportive. The weak bones damage easily and cause a disorder of bones called osteoporosis.
