Chapter 19, Problem 19RQ

Write a program to implement the GPA calculator described in Review Question 2 with the following modifications. The answers “yes” and “no” as well as the letter grades should NOT be case sensitive. Rather than printing the course, grade, and credit hours each time one is entered, the course names should be stored in successive elements of a cell array, the letter grades should be stored in successive elements of a text string, and the credit hours should be stored in a vector. After entering one or more courses and stating that they wish to enter no more grades, a properly formatted table containing the course names, grades received, and credit hours should be printed, followed by the overall GPA.

Hi. I am trying to practice this problem using a checker online, but everytime I recalculate my answer it always says it's incorrect. So far I have calculated and tried to input the following values: 0.0342 m3/s, 0.0358 m3/s, 0.04277 m3/s, and 0.0555 m3/s but it always keeps saying they are incorrect. Please help show me the correct steps on how to get the correct answer as I am trying to learn this process. Thank you!
Hi. I am trying to practice this problem using a checker online, but everytime I recalculate my answer it always says it's incorrect. So far I have calculated and tried to input the following values: 1 hp, 1.01 hp, and 0.8 hp but it always keeps saying they are incorrect. Am I missing a sign change? (Should the answer be negative?) Or am I solving this incorrectly and getting the wrong value each time? Please help show me the correct steps on how to get the correct answer as I am trying to learn this process. Thank you!
Hi, I need help with the first part of the problem below because I'm very confused about how P1 and P2 should be calculated. If you look at my notes to solve the problem there is already a formula in place as I always thought the Patm should also be multiplied by the Area in the numerator, but it's not if I look at this specific tutorial solution given by my course but it's not explained why. I have done a while ago a very similar problem with using that formula in my notes and it gave me the right results, but it's not working for this one. Could you please help me understand why as I have a test coming soon? Figure Q3 (see image attached) shows a cylinder and pistonenclosing air, the movement of the pistonbeing restrained by a compression spring ofstiffness 20 kN/m. The air is heated andexpands, the piston moving 0.3 m. Thefree length of the spring is 1.0 m.Calculate the work done by the air duringthe process. If the pressure , volume and internal energyof air are related by the…
