Most of the nosocomial infection arose due to the unsterilized hospital environment. Such conditions are avoided by best nursing care hospital management.

Safety is an important issue in all the sectors. It is most important to train the hospital workers with safety education and patient care. Safety is extremely important in the nursing unit. There are several factors that help maintain a level of safety in this workplace. One should obtain certification in various specialty areas like surgical care, postoperative maintenance, and hospital sterilization. Another important area would be being proactive in decision making for strategies into solving patient safety problems. Another factor would be identifying quality and safety indicators for the nursing unit as well as working with the nurse managers to help develop a unity among the hospital workers and make themselves a better team.

Conclusion

The nurse should train up the hospital workers and the patients about hospital maintenance and cleanliness for giving a better healthcare environment.
