The names and ways the chytrids, Zygomycetes, Ascomycetes, and Basidiomycetes cause diseases in animals and plants, the way through which humans can fight and the benefits and costs of doing so.

Concept introduction:

The fungi have a variety of habitats. Some of the fungi grow on fruits, vegetables, and bread. Some other fungi are parasites and cause diseases in plants and animals. Some of the fungi live in symbiotic association with the photosynthetic organisms.
