Summary Introduction
Introduction:
The theory of evolution was proposed by Charles Darwin. Darwin claims that evolution has taken place through the process of natural selection. The organisms that have desirable characters get to survive and reproduce in the environment. The descendent species share a common ancestor and will continue to evolve with the environment. In contradiction, some of the scientists claim that evolution takes place by the process of orthogenesis.
