Mammals and reptiles both are the tetrapod vertebrates included under the phylum Chordata. Mammals and reptiles share a common ancestor, as both are amniotes. Mammals have unique feature of hair and mammary glands. Reptiles have scaly skin and three chambered hearts except crocodiles.
