He now faces the issue of a headache, gnawing epigastric pain, and diarrhea. He was allergic to shellfish and milk. He was given a lactose-free diet upon his responses.

Adequate information:

Diarrhea persisted with increased frequency in spite of consuming a lactose-free diet. The pain was felt in the abdomen. He drank little or no alcohol and had not eaten raw eggs or mayonnaise containing salad. The attack has been thought to be precipitated due to consumption of sandwich and coffee.
