After his return to his college with sweet memories of Canada, he felt worse and the symptoms are related to the flu. The symptoms are coughing, shivering, chills and fever, tiredness, muscle aches and runny nose. Phil developed serious effects because of the undiagnosis of the disease and inappropriate treatment.
