In Properties, click on Text.
For TextBox1: Write the text in the TextBox1 as needed.
To create the Button, follow the steps given below.

From there, select the option of Button. Then, drag it and drop it.
To create the Label, follow the steps given below.
Find the Toolbox option in the fly-out menu.
From there, select the option of Label. Then, drag it and drop it.
