Question
Chapter 22.6, Problem 21WDYL
Summary Introduction
To determine:
The type of cell which is required to activate both helper T-lymphocytes and naïve cytotoxic T-lymphocytes.
Concept introduction:
The T-lymphocyte helper cells and T- lymphocyte cytotoxic cells cause a more rapid response to the antigen when the body is encountered by the same antigen which means these lymphocytes are the part of the adaptive immunity of the body. The helper T- lymphocytes include CD4+ plasma proteins and cytotoxic T- lymphocytes include CD8+ plasma proteins.
