Introduction:
The conversion of urine from the blood plasma by the kidneys happens in four stages. They are tubular secretion, tubular reabsorption, water conservation, and glomerular filtration. Tracing of fluid in the nephron will have varying names that is revealed in its altering composition. (1) The glomerular filtrate is a fluid found on the capsular space, it is very much alike the blood plasma but has no protein. (2) The tubular fluid is the fluid that enters distal convoluted tubule to proximal convoluted tubule. (3) When the collecting tubules collects these fluids, it is called as urine, since it goes through some variations.
