Cartilage does not have blood vessels, but they have the connective tissues. The protrusion of such cartilage present in the trachea forms Adam's apple. Adam's apple is a feature of the neck, especially in males. It is a bump like structure which increases during puberty and appears as a result of the humoral activity of males.
