Chapter 23, Problem 8TYR
Summary Introduction
Introduction:
The urinary system is a passive system, where the excretion of waste fluids and toxins takes place with the help of an organ called kidneys. The structural unit of the kidneys is nephrons. Glomerulus are a network of capillaries that helping in blood filtration. This yields filtered water and soluble substances into a cup like sac called Bowman’s capsule. Glomerulus is supported structurally by glomerular mesangial cells.
