To explain: The coevolution of polydnaviruses and their mutualistic partners.
Introduction: Polydnaviruses are insect viruses consisting of double-stranded DNA enclosed within the protein capsid and envelope. DNA constitutes a part of the virus genome. These are mainly found in parasitic wasps. These insect viruses lack genes required for the replication of proteins and generation of new viruses.
