Summary Introduction
A “human microbiome” is defined as the functional collection of all the different microorganisms present in the entire human body. The term “microbiota” is used to refer to the type of organisms that are present in a particular niche (in this case organ). The human body contains around ten times more the number of microbes than normal cells. Mostly the microorganisms present in the human body forms the normal flora of the organism, but some can also exist as pathogens. That is why it is important to know the type of microorganism present in the body and the functions performed by them.
