The ways, in which a person can gain or lose heat from his/her surroundings. Also, give the possibility of losing heat on a sunny beach with a temperature and humidity of about 40°C (degree Celsius) and 85% (percent), respectively.

Introduction:

The body maintains homeostasis by heat exchange between the environment and the body. This is maintained by four mechanisms—conduction, convection, evaporation, and radiation. All these mechanisms work on the principle of heat flow from high concentration to low concentration.
