Introduction:
Bioterrorism is the use of toxins of microorganisms to spread terror among human beings. Biological weapons are the toxins of microorganisms such as bacteria or viruses which are used to kill humans, plants or animals. There are three categories of biological weapons which are as follows:
Category A: This category of weapons has the greatest potential to kill. For examples: smallpox, plagues, tularemia, and so on.
Category B: Weapons in this category have the potential danger but are not more dangerous than category A weapons. For example: Q fever, glanders, viral encephalitis, and so on.
Category C: These weapons have potential threats but are not dangerous or life taking. For example: yellow fever, tuberculosis, influenza, and so on.
