The source of a tsunami's huge amount of energy.
Answer to Problem 20RQ
The source of tsunami's huge amount of energy is earthquake.
Explanation of Solution
The generation of tsunami's to takes place due to the displacement of the ocean, which is caused by an earthquake. Sometimes due to the ocean waves caused by high-speed wind also produce tsunami's.
But the tsunami occurs due to the wind, which is less as compared to the effect of the earthquake because the energy released due to earthquakes is much greater than the energy of high-speed wind.
Conclusion:
Therefore, the source of tsunami's huge amount of energy is earthquake.
