Introduction:
Genital herpes is caused by the herpes simplex virus 2 or HSV2 (Herpes simplex virus). HSVis a type of herpesvirus and comesfrom the family Herpesviridae. The symptoms may include blisters around the genitals and the mouth. These may become painful and their healing takes time.
