Chapter 27, Problem 2TYC
Summary Introduction
Summary:
The spinal cord is an important part of the central nervous system from where the spinal nerves emerge and innervate most of the organ systems from the neck to the limbs. Genital organs in human male and female reproductive systems are innervated by the pelvic splanchnic nerves which arise as sacral nerves from the spinal cord as S2, S3, and S4. These nerves control the motor functions of the genital organs.
