Introduction:
Muscle contraction refers to the stimulation of the tension-producing locations inside the muscle fibers. The muscle contractions can be illustrated on the basis of two variables, that is, the tension and the length. There are four kinds of muscle contractions, which are an isometric, isotonic, concentric, and eccentric contraction. If the length of the muscle shortens, the contraction is considered as concentric.
