Summary Introduction

To determine: The effect of toxin amanitin on human cells.

Introduction: DNA is transcribed to form RNA with the help of enzymes known as RNA polymerases. RNA polymerases join ribose nucleotides together to give rise to an RNA strand. Initiation, elongation, and termination are the three distinct stages of transcription. RNA, formed after transcription, is then translated to form a functional product which is known as protein. Various RNA polymerases, which are involved in transcription, perform distinct functions.
