One could clearly identify organizations that are more successful than others. In many such instances, the necessary resources are in place at the right time, but the results are not as good as expected. There could be one simple reason for this. It is the organizational culture. If the organization entertains a toxic culture where human and other resources are not utilized prudently, the adverse results would be of no surprise. Organizations of the day could learn many lessons from the famous online shoe company as to how organizational values and culture could be well employed to level up performance.
