Proof:

Assume the table books along with some column values.

Consider the below given query that use < > all and not in. Here we are trying to run two queries by using < > all and not in to display all data of table except the record with ISBN number 1. If the results generated by both the query are same, then it is concluded that both the given symbol are identical.

Query by using < > all:

SELECT * FROM BOOKS WHERE ISBN < > all 1;

Query by using not in:

SELECT * FROM BOOKS WHERE ISBN NOT IN 1;
