Some of the aboriginal tribes have rain-making ceremonies in which they toss pebbles of gypsum up into the air. “Sometimes it does rain several days after rain-making ceremonies.”
Concept introduction:
Rain is a form of water formed by the condensation of atmospheric water vapor which falls on the ground under the influence of gravity. Rain is an important part of water cycle. It is the premier source of fresh water on the earth.
The rain usually happens with the appropriate moisture and upwards winds that increases the precipitation and rain falls. Rain making ceremonies are prevalent in almost every community and culture around the globe. But science doesn’t support such rituals.
