Introduction:

Proteins are organic molecule that are made up of amino acids. There are twenty different amino acids present in the environment. Each amino acid is specific for a particular protein. They determine’s the protein structure and its function. The amino acid consists of amino group ( -NH2 ) and carboxyl group (-COOH) along with the hydrogen atom and functional group (designated by R). All these four groups are connected with the central carbon atom. Proteins are essential biomolecules because it forms the structural component of cell like hair and skeletal muscles.
