Please show how to determine the voltage across the 10 k ohm and 5 k ohm resistors if its 12 V and 1.33 V, respectively.
A voltmeter reading 60 V on its 100 V range and an ammeter reading 10 mA on its
30 mA range are used to determine the power loss in a resistor. Ammeter is
guaranteed to be accurate within 2.5% and voltmeter is guaranteed to be accurate
within 1.5%at their full scale deflection.
i. Calculate the % limiting error current.
ii. Calculate the % limiting error voltage.
iii. Calculate the limiting error of the power.
The current flowing in a resistor of 1Ω is measured to be 25 A. But it was discovered that ammeter reading was low by 1% and resistance was marked high by 0.5%. Find true power as a percentage of the original power.
