The patient has a history of long-term resident in the hospital due to his extensive medical history like, paraplegia, several surgeries, gunshot wounds, and bilateral amputations. During his stay in the hospital the staffs know him for his manipulative difficult behavior. The student nurse cared for him after a post-operative surgery for urinary diversion.
