Heart is a muscular organ present in the left side of the breastbone. It pumps blood through the network of arteries and veins know as cardiovascular system. Human has four chambered heart in which two atria and two ventricles are present and are separated by a valve. Blood flow in human body is facilitated by double circulation. The deoxygenated blood goes into lungs via right atria and right ventricle and oxygenated blood into the body is goes via left atria and left ventricle.
