Explanation

Auxin is the phytohormone that plays an important role in the growth and behavioral processes throughout the life cycle of a plant. They are responsible for stimulating cell division and promoting the formation of lateral roots, roots, apical dominance, and shoots. Brassinosteroids are polyhydroxysteroid phytohormones. They are responsible for stimulating cell elongation, cell division, and differentiation of vascular tissues in plants. This hormone is also known to present a response to extreme environmental changes or stresses.
