Explanation of Solution

A manufacturing cell is a minor unit comprising of one or more workstations. A workstation commonly comprises any one machine called as single-machine cell or some machines (called a group-machine cell), with each machine execution a diverse operation.

In manned or attended machining cells, movement and manual transfer of raw materials and parts by the operator (except the parts are more over weight or the activities are more dangerous) or by an industrial robot (Section 37.6) placed centrally in the cell. Later, for producing cell there rises the necessity.
