The estuaries is the region where salty water gets mixed with fresh water. Estuaries form the salt marshes, a shallow wetland which is flooded with salty water. Tide pools are shallow pool that forms the rocky intertidal zone. The high tide flooded the tidal pool which retains some water at low tide.
