Program Plan:

• • Declare the necessary variables in the program.
• • The “for” condition is used to check until it reaches the range of  “value_size”.
  • ○ The inner “for” condition is used to iterate the “column” until it reaches the range “value_size, row, -1”.
    • ■ Prints the special character “*” on the output screen.
  • ○ Move to the next row of the pattern.
