Fat Gram Calculator
Write a
One gram of fat has 9 calories, so
Calories from fat = fat grains * 9
The percentage of calories from fat can be calculated as
Calories from fat ÷ total calories
Input Validation: Make sure the number of calories and fat grams are not less than 0. Also, the number of calories from fat cannot be greater than the total number of calories. If that happens, display an error message indicating that either the calories or fat grams were incorrectly entered.

- Fat Gram Calculator Design a program that asks for the number of fat grams and calories in a food item. Validate the input as follows: Make sure the number of fat grams and calories is not less than 0. According to nutritional formulas, the number of calories cannot exceed fat grams x 9. Make sure that the number of calories entered is not greater than fat grams x 9. Once corrected data has been entered, the program should calculate and display the percentage of calories that come from fat. Use the following formula: Percentage of calories from fat = (Fat grams x 9) / calories ANSWER IN PSEUDOCODE USE ONLY WHILE LOOPS DO NOT USE MODULES/FUNCTIONSarrow_forwardFat Gram Calculator Design a program that asks for the number of fat grams and calories in a food item. If you know the number of fat grams in a particular food, you can use the following formula to calculate the number of calories that come from fat in that food: Calories from fat = Fat grams × 9 If you know the food’s total calories, you can use the following formula to calculate the percentage of calories from fat: Percentage of calories from fat = Calories from fat ÷ Total calories Create an application that allows the user to enter: • The total number of calories for a food item • The number of fat grams in that food item The application should calculate and display: • The number of calories from fat • The percentage of calories that come from fat Also, the application’s form should have a CheckBox that the user can check if he or she wants to know whether the food is considered low fat. (If the calories from fat are less than 30% of the total calories of the food, the food is considered low fat.) Use the following test data…arrow_forward
- Please answer in C# Write a program named TemperaturesComparison that allows a user to input five daily Fahrenheit temperatures that must range from −30 to 130. If a temperature is out of range, require the user to reenter it. If no temperature is lower than any previous one, display a message Getting warmer. If every temperature is lower than the previous one, display a message Getting cooler. If the temperatures are not entered in either ascending or descending order, display a message It’s a mixed bag. Finally, display the temperatures in the order they were entered, and then display the average of the temperatures. Your program's output should look like the following: Getting warmer: 70 74 77 78 81 Average: 76arrow_forwardMicrowaves / Radio Waves If a scientist knows the wavelength of an electromagnetic wave she can determine what type of radiation it is. - Car sales commission problem - For each used car a salesperson sells, the commission paid is as follows: $20 plus 30% of the selling price in excess of the cost of the car. Typically, the minimum selling price of the car is the cost of the car plus $200 and the maximum selling price is the cost of the car and $2,000. Write a program that prompts the user to enter the salesperson’s fixed commission, the percentage of the commission, the purchasing cost of the car, the minimum and the maximum amount to be added to the purchasing cost to determine the minimum and the maximum selling price, and outputs minimum and maximum selling price of the car and the salesperson's commission range. As a suggestion, pay particular attention to the formulas would your being requested. I would recommend that you perform the calculations on paper or in Excel prior to programming the solution.
